SERVICE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Wimberley Arms will stand behind our products and service them to address any defects in materials or workmanship in accordance with our warranty information listed below. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion any faulty parts. This warranty doesn’t cover improper use, handling, storage or accidental damage.

We will repair or replace any faulty part(s) for two (2) years from date of purchase provided your firearm has not been altered, abused, willfully damaged, or damaged by overpressure ammunition. This agreement is transferrable; it’s benefit based on the original purchase date. If the original purchase date is unknown or backup is not available, the date will be based on import/manufacture date in Wimberley Arms’ records.

To obtain service during the time this agreement is in effect, please fill out the warranty form below to get a ticket and RMA number. Further instructions for packaging and shipping will be provided with the RMA number.

SHIPPING

When returning your gun for service, please take care in packing. Ensure the firearm is unloaded, then disassemble your gun, wrap in paper or other protective media and place gun in the original box. (THIS BOX WILL PROTECT THE GUN BUT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR SHIPPING). Wrap box in a cardboard box approved for interstate shipping. Wimberley Arms is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
